The Portuguese enduro season kicked off this weekend with the first round in Santiago do Cacem. The club had planned three beautiful stages, including one in the sand. Drivers had to complete 4 laps, or 12 times, during a long day of racing.

Julian Rosalie made a great start to the season by setting the best time in all of the day's specials. The Frenchman won the zero classification and at the same time took the lead in the championship. They will be found throughout the Portuguese Enduro Championship, French Enduro Championship and the Enduro GB World Championship.

“It was a good race to prepare for the World Championship which starts in April,” says the Sherco driver. “I felt good physically and was consistent with my times until the end of the day. That's what I was looking for when I came here, to be consistent all race day! Good opening as we leave the lead of the championship ahead of the second event in 3 weeks. »
