In two days, more than 70 appointments were made, demonstrating the need for this initiative.

Simple approach

“We offer people who have made an appointment the opportunity to have a mammogram because the screening rate has dropped significantly in this region for various reasons,” says Charles Souris, communications director for cancer screening at Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. This well-equipped truck allows for a first read of the radio before sending it digitally for a second opinion.
