The CEO of a major company falls to his death on stage

The CEO of an IT company lost his life after falling from a height of 15 feet during his grand entrance on stage.

The incident occurred in India while Vistex was celebrating its 25th anniversaryH Anniversary of its office in Asia. CEO Sanjay Shah and Chairman Vishwanath Rahi Datla had planned a grand entrance in an iron cage that slowly lowered to the ground.

Everything quickly turned into a tragedy when one of the cables broke, causing the two men to fall to the ground, 15 feet below, as seen in a video shared on social media.

After falling headfirst on the stage, Sanjay Shah succumbed to his injuries. For his part, Vishwanath Rahi Datla was seriously injured and is still in critical condition, according to what the British newspaper “Daily Mail” reported. Times of Indiaas reported New York Post.

“Shah and Raju’s descent from the cage to the stage was a planned event to kick off the celebrations,” a company official told the media.
