"Don't search": Netflix releases first new movie clip

Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, and the rest of the star-studded cast are still filming Don’t Look in Boston and other nearby towns, but comedian Adam McKay will debut later this year, and Netflix has already released its first official footage from the movie.

A Netflix trailer highlighting all of its original films in 2021 features a short clip from the movie “Don’t Look Up,” starring DiCaprio and Lawrence as low-level astronomers who must embark on a massive media tour to warn the world about a comet Approaching that would destroy the planet.

In the short, free-of-dialogue footage, DiCaprio and Lawrence disembark from a carrier plane on the tarmac while uniformed personnel roam in the background.

So far, “Don’t Look for” has filmed scenes in Boston, Canton, Chicopee, Fall River, Norton, Salisbury, Weymouth and Worcester. Filmmakers filmed scenes at Union Point in Weymouth, the former site of the South Weymouth Naval Air Station, in December.

The broadcast giant has not announced a specific date for the release of “Don’t Look Up”.

Alongside DiCaprio and Lawrence, “Don’t Look Up” features Cate Blanchett (“Carol”), Rob Morgan (“Moodbound”), Meryl Streep (“Iron Lady”), and Jonah Hill (“The Wolf of Wall Street”) , Chris Evans (“The Avengers”), Himesh Patel (“Yesterday”), Timothée Chalamet (“Little Women”), Matthew Perry (“Friends”), Tyler Perry (“Gone Girl”), Melanie Lynskey (“Togetherness” ), Ron Perlman (“Sons of Anarchy”) Tomer Sisley (“We Are the Mills”), singer Ariana Grande, and rapper Kid Cody.
