ININ Games and Strictly Limited Games once again announce the arrival of the old classics with Wonder Boy Collection on Switch and PS4.
The physical version includes four titles from Wonder Boy / Monster World that will soon be available for pre-order in Europe and also as a downloadable version on the same devices. Furthermore, Strictly Limited Games is working on exclusive limited editions and collector’s editions.
Throughout the 80s and 90s, the adventures of Wonder Boy thrilled gamers of all generations and gained a worldwide following with their dazzling blend of high-energy platform games and role-playing. However, Wonder Boy games have rarely been released in the West on modern consoles – until now.
The release will include the titles Wonder Boy (1986), Wonder Boy in Monster Land (1987), Wonder Boy in Monster World (1991) and Monster World IV (1994).
To celebrate the legacy of this iconic game series, the Wonder Boy collection will feature a hand-picked selection of core titles from the legendary series, meticulously ported to today’s home consoles and featuring expanded features like Filter, shaders, a rewind and fast-forward option and a Save Anytime option! In addition, the collection will be accompanied by a wonderful art exhibition!
