On Saturday, January 20, the Quad Loz'48 Association held its general meeting in the Assembly Hall in the presence of 23 of the club's 30 members. President Rene Balbaquier wanted to express his thanks to all members, because safety instructions are respected throughout the outings and there is a very good team spirit within the club. “ Alone we do nothing, together we do everything! The 2023 report shows an active year with outings every month, which are in turn organized by club members. The Quad Loz'48 association has also joined in many charitable works, which it carries out on its own such as the Téléthon, where this year €600 was collected and paid to the AFM-Téléthon, or in partnership with some festival committees at the provincial level. The club provides technical and security support during sporting events such as the Margeride track in Malzieu-Ville or the Rand'albanaise.
Hunting and hiking competitions…
A round table was held for participants during the General Assembly. Some great projects have come out of it. In addition to the usual trips, the club plans to organize a car route in Morocco.
Various activities can also be organised: self-defense workshops, a picnic on the edge of the Rouvière Pond, a fishing competition on the edge of the pond, and building maintenance.
The usual highs will be renewed. During the fall of 2024, a trip is scheduled to go to Vilates, where members will be greeted by their friends from the lot who will prepare beautiful walking tours for them.
The balanced financial accounts were approved unanimously. All club members have paid their dues.
