Guest of the Aspire Academy Global Summit last month, Paulo Fonseca will represent LOSC at the TransferRoom Summit in Lisbon taking place from 13 to 15 November 2023.
The Estoril Convention Center will become the hub of the football world for three days in the middle of the international break. From 13 to 15 November, the TransferRoom Summit in Lisbon will bring together more than 400 decision-makers and club agents from around the world. Last, members of multiple teams (Manchester City, AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, FC Porto, etc.) will represent more than 50 different countries. On the French side, 12 clubs will be represented: Olympique Lyonnais, Stade Rennes, Toulouse, Ajaccio, Clermont Foot, Quevilly Rouen Métropole, RC Strasbourg, Valenciennes, Rodez and even SM Caen. For his part, Paulo Fonseca will represent LOSC. The Portuguese, in particular, will be one of the main players in a roundtable that will discuss many topics about his experience as a coach.
Paulo Fonseca, along with Victor Orta, Sevilla’s sporting director, will participate in the preliminary conference for this event. This will center around the coaching recruitment process and will allow the two men to discuss their experiences in terms of recruitment, but also the keys to the relationship between coach and sporting director, the recruitment challenges and difficulties they face when moving from one club to another.
