MOGA Festival announces its first names

MOGA Festival announces its first names
Between the Sofitel Essaouira Mogador Golf & Spa that will host the IN program and the entire city of Essaouira that will be the stage for the OFF program from October 4th, MOGA returns with an experimental heterogeneous program that is now part of its DNA combining music, wellness, art, conversations…, we learn in a press release from the organisers.

The first artists confirmed for the festival to be playing at Sofitel, October 6-8, are confirmed to feature Dyed Soundorom, Shkoon, Rhadoo, Jayda G, Margaret Dygas, TINI, A Guy Called Gerald, Maurice Fulton, Fumiya Tanaka, Taylah Elaine, Guedra Guedra, Amnaye, and more.

After the growing success of its Portuguese edition, which took place from 31 May to 4 June and gathered nearly 15,000 people (compared to 10,000 in 2022) on the beaches of the Costa da Caparica, MOGA Essaouira is preparing to welcome 16,000 visitors to the festival over 5 days, 30% of whom are foreigners.

The MOGA community now includes more than 30 nationalities who meet twice a year between Morocco (Moroccan edition at the beginning of October) and Portugal (Portuguese edition at the beginning of June) with a desire to discover, share and experience. Discover artists, but also discover a place, the city and local culture always at the heart of the MOGA concept.

On October 4 and 5, Essaouira will host two days of the OFF program with free or paid events in the various Souiris establishments: workshop, yoga classes, concert at La Sqala. On Friday October 6th, Saturday October 7th and Sunday October 8th, the Sofitel Essaouira Mogador Golf & Spa will once again host the three-day festival with no less than 5 stages set up on its property and a line-up featuring Moroccan, Portuguese and international artists.
