This year, come to C2 Montréal to enjoy three temporary gastronomic experiences specially designed to delight all palates. Each space promises a distinct culinary experience, with flavors that will awaken your palate and dishes that will satisfy even the pickiest appetite.

Le Saint Laurent – Chefs Theo Francolet and Yannick Dagenet (Nouveau Standard)

This gourmet bar draws its inspiration from the majestic St. Lawrence River. It is in a bright and welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy a refined menu at any time of the day, whether for breakfast, aperitifs or dinner. Particular attention is paid to river and local products through, among others, a tapas and pintxos bar and a fine selection of fish and seafood, as well as shareable plates.

Sunday – Chef Mustafa Awad (Hippie)

The pop-up Dimanche fully embraces its name by offering a menu that captures the spirit of the holiday. In this culinary space, discover a selection of Mediterranean dishes such as mezze, crudo and salads, to share in a refined and relaxed atmosphere.

For Dining Out – Chef Michael Tosi (surprising)

As the name says, the pop-up will offer a selection of fast food items throughout C2 Montreal: lunches, pastries, salads and sandwiches. Perfect for satisfying those little hunger pangs between two conferences.

A conference not to be missed

Everything is alive – Fernand Ouellet + François Morissette

Winemaker François Morissette, owner of the famous Pearl Morissette estate on the Niagara Peninsula, is a pioneer in eco-friendly grape growing and simple winemaking. He will discuss with farmer Fernande Ouellet, founder of the cooperative project Le Petit Abattoir, the importance of adopting a regenerative and sustainable approach to agriculture for the future of our society and our planet.
