The ministry said in a brief statement: “Six martyrs who were martyred by occupation bullets (the name Palestinian officials gave to Israel, liberation memorandum) and seriously injured were transferred to Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital in Tulkarm.”

According to the official Palestinian Wafa news agency, these six people were killed in Israeli air strikes on Nour Shams camp, located near the town of Tulkarm, where Israeli soldiers are also deployed.

In response to a question from Agence France-Presse, the Israeli army did not immediately comment on this information.

More than 300 Palestinians have been killed in the occupied West Bank by soldiers, and in some cases by Israeli settlers, since the start of the war between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip on October 7, according to a Palestinian Authority tally.
