The doctor says blowing your nose should be just as important as brushing your teeth before bed.s Sebastian Lomas, a dentist from the United Kingdom.
In a TikTok video, Lomas wrote to his 21,400 followers that it was “time to add nose blowing to his nightly routine.”
He later explained in his video that, “Blowing your nose before bed is just as important as brushing your teeth,” according to the dentist.
