In a TikTok video, Lomas wrote to his 21,400 followers that it was “time to add nose blowing to his nightly routine.”

He later explained in his video that, “Blowing your nose before bed is just as important as brushing your teeth,” according to the dentist.

In his TikTok content, he demonstrates the correct technique for clearing sinuses: standing, inhale through his nose and then exhale while keeping his mouth closed.
