In addition to capacity development and self-determination, we aim to facilitate family adjustment and achieve a good transition to a work, community or residential environment.

When a person loses independence or grows older, services promote the maintenance of functional abilities in lifestyle habits and reduce the incidence of disability in order to impact the person's social participation and quality of life. Through these services, we also aim to empower and collaborate with our loved ones, those close to us and the clinical team.
