OM has not received any offers for Vitinha

Pablo Longoria admits that he did not receive any offer to move to Vitinha this winter.

Pablo Longoria, president of Olympique de Marseille, attended a press conference on Thursday to discuss his club's winter transfer window.. When asked about Vitinha, the Spaniard praised him, stressed his hardworking side, but did not fail to point out that he needed to be more consistent. The latter also clarified that no offer had been sent to him for the 23-year-old striker.

Vitinha, she's stuck

Having arrived in January 2023 for €30 million, the former Braga player has yet to prove himself despite the success of several coaches. After being sidelined by Igor Tudor and then Marcelino, the Portuguese striker has played more since Gattuso's arrival, but remains his second choice behind Aubameyang.

This season, he has scored four goals and provided just one assist. Very little compared to his Gabonese counterpart, who scored 11 goals and made 7 assists. The biggest transfer in the Phocaean club's history, Vitinha still has a long way to go for further consideration. In December, French daily L'Equipe announced that Marseille were looking to loan him out with an option to buy.
