Manuel Ugarte’s move to Paris Saint-Germain could be an exit for Hugo Iketiki and El Chadel Picciapo.

Paris Saint-Germain is close to completing the arrival of Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte (22) from Sporting Lisbon, by paying a release clause of 60 million euros.
