♦ Journalist Jean-Jacques Bourdain, who was sacked last year from BFMTV and RMC after accusations of sexual assault that he has long questioned, will resume his political talks this morning. Southern RadioHe announced this to Figaro in an interview published on Wednesday. The journalist, famous for his tense political interviews over 20 years on RMC, will resume on August 28 his training on Radio South, where he held the position for a year. “The face-to-face political interview is my DNA,” the 74-year-old told Le Figaro. He continued, “I will remain firm, demanding and direct to get clear answers, that’s what I love.” His new political interview will be broadcast from 8:30 am to 9:00 am during the morning period, and it will be presented by Patrick Roger. He will be in direct competition with former colleague Apollin de Malherbe’s “Face-à-face” show simulcast on BFMTV-RMC.
