radio frequency France Médias Monde launches a new podcast entitled “Does Paris Speak?” To learn the French language with the approach of the 2024 Olympic Games. It consists of 20 report episodes to discover the French capital through its population, its cultural and social life, and its language. Each episode is enriched with educational tracks, note sheets and fun exercises. Young correspondents, high school students, artists and students in Paris produced this podcast as part of an educational project for the French Language Service of Radio France International in partnership with Inalco. The first creations are available free In French and in 6 bilingual versions: French-Arabic, French-English, French-Chinese, French-Spanish, French-Portuguese from Brazil, and French-Russian.

♦ Journalist Jean-Jacques Bourdain, who was sacked last year from BFMTV and RMC after accusations of sexual assault that he has long questioned, will resume his political talks this morning. Southern RadioHe announced this to Figaro in an interview published on Wednesday. The journalist, famous for his tense political interviews over 20 years on RMC, will resume on August 28 his training on Radio South, where he held the position for a year. “The face-to-face political interview is my DNA,” the 74-year-old told Le Figaro.
