Archik, a new approach to design

“Archik was born from a very crazy observation: Real estate and architecture do not immediately go together even though they are clearly in place common, says Amandine Cockerill, co-founder. When you purchase a property to renovate, it is much easier to have your architect already associated with the project! This is what led me and my husband, Sebastian, to create the brand nine years ago. First in Marseille, where we live, then in Toulouse, because I am from there, and finally in Paris. »

“Our approach is to put architecture at the heart of the project, Without necessarily aiming for the high end. That's why we try to meet all budgets. Our focus is above all on quality through aesthetics, Amandine Cockerill remembers. Hence our publishing activity, which allows us to write and present a world, at the current rate of one product per year. As for the network, we have no desire to franchise the concept, but we plan to develop agencies in cities that nurture the art of living, and the relationship with beauty, as happened recently in Aix-en-Provence. »
