Russia’s war ‘a tactical and strategic failure’

Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau, whose country is chairing in 2022, told the UN Security Council on Monday that the Russian-led war in Ukraine today translates into a “tactical and strategic failure.” Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

He also denounced that “Russian aggression threatens the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and jeopardizes its organization and future,” noting that he will soon go to Moldova and the Balkans in particular in order to mobilize for a peaceful solution to the crisis and to renew it.
