Winning at home is the dream scenario for the final, isn’t it?
It is always important to win in front of your audience. There were necessarily too many feelings for the latter, perhaps too much. I remember we were sixth and three behind us third (La Roche-sur-Yon). The gap with squads playing the leading roles is narrowing Blufragan, in a sign that the club is doing well. I wish him to rise to a higher level and win the title. Blufragan will always be in my heart.
Is the balance of the season satisfactory in your opinion?
We started hard by pressing the opponent hard and high. Then a contraction occurred. It was not spared from injuries and absences. Then we finished well with low defense and working mainly on the counter-attack. This means that the group has progressed.
What message would you like to convey before you leave?
First, I wanted to thank my wife. It turned out to be exceptional, especially in terms of educating our two little girls during my absence. My parents who always supported me. And Jean-Francois Morin, the most important person in rink hockey in France, who allowed me to fulfill my dream of becoming a player and coach. We’ve been through some tough times but we’re stuck together. I want to spend time with my family. I have been contacted by clubs in the area to join their project. I haven’t made a decision yet and I also want to do some training.
