How to activate this hidden function that makes you a “god”.

You can easily access the menu of settings, tweaks and hidden functions of your computer by activating, in a few clicks, the mode that makes you a god for Windows 11!

With Windows 11, Microsoft has made great progress in terms of ease of use, especially with regard to the system settings panel. However, if Redmond’s new OS parameters interface works, accessing some slightly advanced settings for Windows isn’t always straightforward.

Instead of having to move from one menu to another, it is possible to use the God mode, i.e. literally “God” mode. This option, which has been around since Windows 7, and also works under Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, allows you to display a window listing a large number of operating system parameters, some of which are intended for advanced users.

However, this “God Mode” is not active by default. To access it, you have to do a very simple manipulation that will only take a few seconds. This procedure is really affordable for everyone, even if you are not an experienced user. Here’s how.

1. Create a folder on the desktop

Right click on a file Desk From Windows, then in newDetermine issue.

2. Folder name

Your new empty folder is now on your desktop, rename it God set. {ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} (by copying and pasting) and key-press validation Enter from the keyboard.

In principle, the folder icon should automatically change to an icon that features a Control Panel. If not, restarting Windows 11 should fix the problem.

3. Go to Settings

To access all the settings that God Mode provides, double-click on the previously renamed folder.

A File Explorer window should open with a list of settings, advanced settings, and system functions hidden inside.
