In 2015, IO Interactive detailed the vision the company wanted to promote for the future of the Hitman license. Thus, the idea was to present works that are constantly evolving and benefit from many additional content week after week. Now the studio wants to develop this design to make Agent 47’s adventures more accessible.
In fact, as of January 26, 2023, killer 3 It will become Hitman – World of Assassination, thus supporting the trilogy in one game. From that date, Hitman – World of Assassination will be the only product marketed in connection with the franchise, with existing owners of Hitman 3 receiving a free upgrade to the World of Assassination version, regardless of their platform.
Finally, know that if you currently own the original versions of Hitman and/or Hitman 2, you can continue to enjoy them in the same way.
To be more precise, this new version of the game will be presented in two different forms:
- Hitman – The World of Assassination Including Hitman 3, Hitman 1 GOTY Access Pack and Hitman 2 Standard Access Pass for €70.
- Hitman – World of Assassination Deluxe Pack Including the Hitman 3 Deluxe Pack, Hitman 3 Seven Deadly Sins Collection, and the Hitman 2 Expansion Pack for €30.
