In its fiftieth edition, from July 1-10, 2022, the La Rochelle Festival will celebrate one of the greatest figures in French cinema, presenting a review of the past and bringing together the cinemas of yesterday and today.

This is a special anniversary edition of the La Rochelle Cinéma Festival, which this year celebrates, from 1 to 10 July, its half-century anniversary. For this occasion, he will dedicate a huge tribute to one of the most important French actors of his generation: Alain Delon.

Two prominent figures of European cinema will also be honored in La Rochelle: British director Joanna Hogg and Spanish director Jonas Tropa.
