Autajon has announced the acquisition of the Portuguese company GMT Gráficos / Emballage

This is the third acquisition in a few months. After California with Autajon Packaging Zapp and South Korea, with Autajon Packaging Pacific, the French family group is expanding in Europe, with the acquisition of the Portuguese GMT Gráficos.

Now renamed Autajon Packaging GMT, the company based in Amadora, in the Lisbon region, specializes in the manufacture of folding boxes, luxury boxes, small point of sale and publishing. Or 30 minutes from another company in the group, Autajon Labels Eikon.

Gérard Otagón, leader of the group with his sons Romain and Robin, recalls his strategy: To be a global player with a local presence in all industrial sectors that align with our experience and ambition for excellence. Autajon is incorporated in 11 countries in Europe, the United States and Asia, represented by 37 companies and more than 4,100 employees. The group produces more than 4.5 billion cartons and 21.5 billion labels annually.
