Angry that his daughter is being ignored by amulets, he sued for $25 million

The family of a 5-year-old girl is suing the theme park responsible for the “Sesame Palace” mascots, SeaWorld Parks, for $25 million.

The boy’s father claims that the mascot repeatedly deliberately ignored the girl because of the color of her skin.

The little girl, named Kennedy, would not have enjoyed the same treatment as the little girl next to her, who was able to enjoy a moment with the mascot “Tili”.

according to New York PostThe event took place last month at an entertainment center in Pennsylvania, and in recent days the family contacted a law firm to initiate a lawsuit for $25 million.

“Looking at my daughter’s face after the mascot ignored her made me cry. Every time I watch the video, I cry,” says the boy’s father, Quinton Burns.

The father alleges that his daughter was ignored by four mascots during a show in an amusement park on June 18.

The attorney defending the family, Malcolm Tove, believes the multimillion-dollar lawsuit is necessary to send a clear message to the company.

“Kennedy was ignored, while several white children were able to interact with the mascot and give him hugs,” he explains.

The company against which the lawsuit is filed claims to be aware of the lawsuit, without providing further details.
