“I speak Dutch, French, English and a little Spanish, and now I have to learn Portuguese too,” admits the former Anderlecht defender.
When he talks about his idol, Zino Debast probably wins points with the Portuguese public. “My idol is my father,” he says. “And my idol in football is Cristiano Ronaldo?”
Of course, in addition to being a legend in Portugal, CR7 trained at Sporting Lisbon, where he played from 1997 to 2003 before signing for Manchester United.
